Netbank Selects Osg Billing Services For Direct Billing
~Outsourcing Invoice Production Expands Customer Service and

ENGLEWOOD, NJ, May 31 2007 - OSG Billing Services today announced an agreement to manage invoice presentment and distribution services for NetBank Business Finance, a subsidiary of NetBank, a financial holding company operating a family of businesses focused primarily on consumer and small business banking as well as conforming mortgage lending.
The financial services company is outsourcing its invoice production with OSG Billing Services to improve print and mail efficiencies and invoice design. NetBank Business Finance will be employing OSG Dynamic MessagingSM, an online application that uses simple word processing commands to create messages with graphics or photographs on the front page of the invoice. This will provide the financing company with advanced marketing and communications opportunities through its invoice.
In addition, NetBank Business Finance will take advantage of the OSG ViewSM product, a customer service support tool that will give the company’s CSRs instant access to an exact copy of the invoice empowering them to provide a fast resolution to the customer’s billing concerns.
