He has been responsible for implementing unique cross-border structures and assisting numerous finance companies in establishing operations in Canada. Jonathan is joined by his insolvency and restructuring partners, Frank Spizzirri and Joseph Bellissimo, whose practices focus on the corporate and litigious aspects of the recovery process. Frank and Joe have worked on complicated commercial finance recoveries including direct enforcement of lessors' claims in both direct summary judgment claims and complex CCAA matters. Through their direct involvement in lease claims, they have developed a thorough knowledge of how the courts deal with lessors in a variety of circumstances and can apply that knowledge to assist clients in obtaining optimal results.
